don't worry, it doesn't look like anyone is 
attacking you for expressing your opinion here. 
it's totally valid. to tell the truth, even 
though I can watch mindless episodes of 
Sailormoon, I still don't understand what my DBZ-
crazed cousins see in the show. :) I also don't 
understand why Tenchi cels are so popular(though 
I do admit to having two), I've tried and tried 
to get hooked on that show and failed each time. 
some very low-detail, flat-shaded cels of Ryoko 
will go for hundreds of dollars, and why? er? 


as for CCS, I'm proud to say that my mother has 
started her very own little CCS cel collection. I 
think the characters have a similar appeal to 
Precious Moments figurines. ^_^

so basically, different anime strike chords in 
different people. I for one was so moved by the 
plot of the Sailormoon S season that I named one 
of my band's albums "The Sovereign of Silence," 
after a very dark and tormented character in the 
series.
