What sakuratsukishiro said.  I can't speak for 
all of the different animes you mentioned, 
because I haven't seen them all.  I did like the 
few episodes of [Japanese] Cowboy Bebop I saw and 
Card Captor Sakura was cute.

I can feel totally at ease defending Sailormoon, 
and I'm not a boy and I'm not 8 years old.  (Try 
23 year-old professional female.  Er...female in 
a profession, that sounds better.  :P)

I hated the dubbed version of Sailormoon, and I 
could never sit down to watch an episode on the 
Cartoon Network without feeling a little 
embarrassed.  So if you're basing your judgements 
from U.S. television dubs, I can completely 
understand your point of view.  The subtitled 
version, however, is completely different.  If 
you really hated the show, I would suggest giving 
the Japanese subbed S or Stars seasons some 
airtime before completely passing judgement.  
They're nothing at all like what's aired over 
here.  I imagine that's true for a lot of anime 
shows out there.

Obviously I'm a big fan of Sailormoon, since that 
is primarily what I collect.  That having been 
said, even Sailormoon can't compare to Utena.  
That anime is truly awesome, and is another good 
example of how bad dubbing can ruin a show.  
(What did they do to Wakaba's voice?  Everyone 
else just sounds like they're on crack.)  -_-*
