Ah but how do you tell through an auction.Experience is the teacher.Unless you have been exposed to both how do you tell the difference.How many people who can read this forum would be able to tell a copy?You may but what about the average collector.What happens when they learn how people can tell the fake and adjust accordingly because the market will support it.Is that on the cel buyers mind?Or do they just want to get that wishlist cel.A great actor can give a remarkable performance as a bad actor.Couldn't a tremendous artist do the same?My point is that are just as guilty supporting a company that you know will sell copies by buying this type of artwork?
