the copyright is infact the person who
obtains the copyright.The infringement is only
politenessand pc and morality issues worked out by
the community.The only infringement is against the person
who obtained the right.Buying a piece of copywright work does not entitle the buyee any interest in the copyright property .
The intellectual property copyrighted work for anime cels is the company who creates and realeases the work and obtains the copyright.So technically speaking you have the right to own the cel but the image doesn't actually belong to you.Sorry.Now if the rights conditions occur and the image falls to public domain then that a new game.This does not mean anyone has the right to copy the work as that is and infringement against the copyright.You must ask and be granted permission frm the owner of the copyright to be able to legaly do this.Also one cannot coyright someone elses copyright but may ask permission to share. |
