Let’s see.  My real name is Andrea, but nobody calls me 
that (except my parents).  I use Aethel because that’s my 
real life nickname, originating from a role-playing game in 
middle school.  I go to NC State college in.. (surprise 
surprise) North Carolina, majoring in computer science. 

My first exposure to anime was a couple of the new 
generation staples, Tenchi and Ranma, from some friends of 
mine who were into anime. 

 I actually got into cel collecting because of Marcus.  I 
met him at an anime con, and he introduced me to the 
concept of cels.  I though it was so nifty that well.. I 
couldn’t resist.  I’ve been an avid collector all my life.  
Comic books, trading cards, doujinshi, always one habit or 
another.  Though this one is by far the most expensive.  

I’m a huge bishounen nut, (I even bought the domain name but
 there’s nothing there yet) I constantly wonder why the 
american female populus is so dense when japanese girls 
understand what a "real" man is.. (thats a joke by the 
way).  Given my pretty boy obsession, its not 
surprising two of my favorite anime are Shoujo Kakumei 
Utena and Fushigi Yuugi.  I -adore- Koyasu Takehito, he’s 
got the sexiest voice in anime.  I also like Vampire 
Princess Miyu a lot, mainly for Larva.  In fact I’d have to 
say he’s my favorite anime guy of all time, next to 
Sephiroth.. who of course I can’t collect cels of.
