My name is Jennifer, though I prefer to be called Jenny. I'm 5'5", blond, and single *desperate joke*. I'm 17 and go to Squaw Valley Academy (a tiny boarding school located just a mile and a
half from the base of Squaw Valley USA), though I'm
 originally from the San Francisco Bay Area.  Just 11 miles
 north of the Golden Fate bridge, in San Rafeal, to be 
exact.  

My nick-name comes from my devotion to a certain red-haired
swordsman  ^_~  After first seeing Kenshin in April (I know
I said June in an earlier post, but this is correct) of
'98.  I feel really silly about it, but I still have a 
crush on him.

My anime obsession began when I was 4 (though I didn't know it was anime).  My mom rented the Last Unicorn and Flight of Dragons (still my two favorites), Locke the Superpower, and various captain Harlock.  I fell out of anime until Sailor Moon and Dragon Ball Z went on the air.  From there I met my best friend who introduced me to Ranma and Slayers. I met many others, the most influential being my darling Raya-sama *hugs*

I was first introduced to cels when I went to a store called
'Kimono my House'.  I bought 3 that day  ^_^  I didn't know to look for quality then and I only have one of them left
(the Rayearth Hikaru).

Now I tend to collect from more obscure anime such as The
Violinist of Hameln, Gasaraki (I have to find more!!!),
and more recently Outlaw Star.

I suppose that as I get older and have a real income that 
my collection will expand.  The ability to afford is both
elusive and wonderful  ^_^
