Well, I've been cel collecting for a year and three months now. Bought my first cel from Yann for my birthday. ^_~ I live in Connecticut. Not much for anime here. At least not where I live. I usually go down to Waterbury to get my anime tapes. :) The only anime's I've seen are Sailormoon, Ah! My Goddess, and Plastic Little. I just bought Shamanic Princess and can't wait until it comes in. I already bought a cel from it. ^^ And I hope to get more. I also have a cel from Samurai Pizza Cats. One of my childhood animes. :) I did see a Voltron cel too, but didn't buy it. Let's see... I love art. Clay being my fave. I guess that's why I love cels so much too. ^^ It's such a great feeling to own a unique piece of art. I always need something to collect. I don't remember exactly how I got into anime, but most of it was from Sailormoon. Yes, the dubbed version... >_< Though now I don't even turn on Cartoon Network to watch it. It's nothing compared to the Japanese version. Ah, well, back to cels. I'm really into Sailormoon. Why, I don't know. However, cels from it are getting a tad bit high, so I'm watching other animes now. ^_^ It's still my number one anime though. My favorite characters are Usagi (especially NQS), Hotaru (how can you not love her?), Rei and Chibichibi. My absolute most favorite book is Ender's Game. I love sci-fi! And of course the other three books in the quartet. ^_^ My favorite movie is The Matrix. The special effects are awesome! Overall, though, anime wins as taking up most of my time. Eh, I think that's enough about me. ^_^ Beth (Happy now xane? ^_^) |
